Customer Service Representative - ON SITE

TEKsystems  is hiring several  Customer Service Representatives  to assist a client located in  Bethpage, NY.

This position would offer a full-time ON-SITE schedule and would start as soon as possible!

This client is rapidly expanding and is seeking top talent to help continue with the expansion.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High volume customer service experience working through an Excel spreadsheet
• Must have Vlook up and pivot table experience through Excel
• Autonomy in the critical revision of product technical specifications
• Target monitoring through BI tools
• Excellent knowledge the MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Expertise in the use of SAP and Salesforce
• Market knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 / hr.
