About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and optimizing all day-to-day operational functions across national markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics, warehouse management, and field operations to ensure the highest standards of technical delivery, show advancement, and large-scale event execution. A key aspect of the role is the development and implementation of scalable systems, policies, and processes to support rapid growth and operational efficiency, as well as driving financial performance through effective cost control, budgeting, and KPI management.

As the COO, you will lead multi-location teams and senior operational managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. The role also involves managing the national asset strategy, including purchasing, allocation, and lifecycle management, and partnering with executives on acquisitions, integration planning, and cultural alignment across new markets.
