DIETARY AIDE (Occasional)

Dietary Aide job duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities below :

Primary Responsibilities :

Hours ~

All Shifts as Needed and

Required

Weekends and Holidays

Required

Serving dining room tables

Communicating resident requests with the cook-supervisor

Stocking refrigerators

Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces

Ability to safely use kitchen equipment (Toasters, Coffee Makers, Steamtables, Plate Warmers, etc.)

Taking and recording temperatures of food and refrigeration

Dishwashing

Pot washing

Taking out trash

Sweeping / mopping floors

Putting orders away

Cleaning assignments, as directed

Lifting 20lbs

The position also consists of setting up the dining room, serving our residents, washing dishes, washing pots & cleaning the kitchen for the next shift, required.

Position Requirements :

High School diploma / GED.

Experience working with a senior care population, preferred.

Must be over 18 years of age.
