Sr. Test Data Architect / Lead

Seeking for an experienced Senior Data Architect Advisor in healthcare leading the planning, development and execution of data and automation initiatives in Carelon Rx based on established roadmaps and requirements provided by business and IT stakeholders. You will lead strategy, development and lifecycle of data solutions across the enterprise. This role bridges the gap between the development, QA, AI teams and business stakeholders to deliver high impact reusable data solutions across healthcare lines of business.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in leading IT delivery with a focus on data project management, data architecture, ideally on AI / ML or data platform environments, preferably in a healthcare domain.

Experience working with a cross functional team consisting of Product Owner, Test leads, SME and business stakeholders to coordinate, solution and execute on company objectives and own the project delivery for various health care data solutions across portfolios.

Collaborate with domain experts, product owners, SME to identify high value-data opportunities to help advance synthetic data solutions for Quality engineering practice using Artificial Intelligence.

5 + years of experience of data engineering / ETL concepts, including data modeling, pipelines, SQL, [synthetic data, data privacy, test data management domain experience a plus]

2 + years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies and infrastructure (Generative AI, GAN, Machine Learning, prompt engineering)

Understanding of healthcare data sets and PII / PHI policies including pharmacy claims, member, benefits, Safe Harbor Checklist.

Experienced in communicating results and storytelling to technical and non-technical audience. Provide updates to senior leadership via demos, dashboards and power point.
