About The Position

Job Title : Operating Room Nurse

License : Compact or state license required at time of submission

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

Level 2 experience required

Level 1 experience preferred

Trauma experience required

Ability to circulate a variety of cases

Description :

Experienced operating room nurse needed with a minimum of 4 years in the specialty.

Must hold current BLS certification.

Level 2 experience is required, while Level 1 experience is preferred.

Candidates must be well-rounded and able to circulate a variety of surgical cases.

Trauma experience is required for this position.

Local travelers within a designated radius are not accepted at this facility.

Candidates should be prepared for potential call requirements.

Flexibility for weekend coverage may be necessary.

Daily patient census typically ranges from 75 to 100.

The operating room is staffed by an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.

Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities when necessary.

Additional qualifications include compliance with infection control protocols and equipment safety requirements.
