Job Description :

• To bridge engineering, business operations, process owners, and technical teams within Bayer Crop Science with the SAP CORE S / 4HANA migration / implementation team.
• This person will combine strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills with solid hands-on knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA processes (e.g., Asset Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
• They will ensure that technology solutions are practical, adopted, and continuously improved - translating business needs into scalable, efficient system solutions.
