A well-respected commercial general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to manage on-site construction for ground-up commercial projects. Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site operations and maintain project schedule and quality standards.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.

Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and documentation.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve field challenges.

Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects ($5M+ range).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven track record of delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects.

Experience with industrial, retail, or mixed-use developments preferred.
