Position : Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist -Crown Point
Location : 9150 E 109th Ave - Suite 1D Crown Point IN 46307
Schedule : Monday-Friday needed from January through April to cover a leave.
Compensation : starting at $55.00 / hour
RUSH is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We h ave a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Collaboration : Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.High Standard of Care : Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).Personalized Treatment : Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.Relationship-Building : Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapyCPR certificationValid drivers licensePreferred Qualifications :
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedicMinimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferredAdditional Data
