A growing company in Brooklyn is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to manage core financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, and payroll review. Responsibilities Include :

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee vendor payments and maintain accurate records
• Review and reconcile out-of-state bills and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards
• Assist with payroll review and processing across various locations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows
• Support month-end close and reporting processes
