What You'll Do :

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, etc.)
  • Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Document work performed and communicate service recommendations
  • Follow all company and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and professional work environment

    • Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience required
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to doing things right the first time
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
