Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Bel Air, Maryland.

Unit / Details : 5x8hr days either 0800 or 0830 start depending on needs. Holidays as needed.

Average Daily Census – 15 cases daily

Patient Diagnosis - INPT case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement, & social issues-wrap around type services for safe discharges.

2 yrs minimum experience. Will take a first time traveler. Must have inpatient experience and preferred EPIC.
