Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT, East Location, is looking to hire a Full-Time Salaried Category Assistant Store Manager - Clothing & Footwear to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self.

As a Category Assistant Store Manager - Clothing & Footwear at North 40, you will be responsible for the customer experience and will ensure we exceed expectations. In order to succeed in the position, you will need to be an enthusiastic person who can optimistically handle a challenging and fast-paced environment. You should have experience and a passion for generating sales, safeguarding company assets, leading and developing a team and maintaining store standards. Understanding and adapting to local culture is also crucial to your success. A working knowledge of outdoor recreation, farm and ranch, animal health, tools, and hardware is a plus.

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. As this is a managerial position it is not uncommon to work 50+ hours a week. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
