Base salary based on qualifications and experience

Schedule Details :

Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts

Every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation

Incentives :

About the Unit :

Become a part of our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for complex patients and experience the latest neurosurgical methods. Your responsibilities will include caring for :

Patients recovering from craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections

Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries

Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program

Cervical and spinal surgery patients and overflow medical cases

Your Role :

Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team

Utilize clinical judgment and communication skills to support patient outcomes

Contribute positively to the patient experience

Position Responsibilities :

Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients

Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members

Coordinate discharge plans and support patient education

Foster a culture of safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Engage in professional development and mentoring opportunities

Requirements :

Active Registered Nurse license and BLS certification

Completion of an accredited Nursing program

Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience

Skills Needed :

Ability to provide holistic patient-centered care and make critical decisions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Competencies in electronic medical record systems

Physical capacity for lifting, transferring, and providing care as required
