Privacy and AI Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel I - Privacy & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Support regulatory compliance with U.S. and E.U. privacy and AI laws, providing risk-based counsel to the business

Conduct privacy and AI impact assessments, manage data subject requests, and operationalize privacy processes

Assist with privacy-related contract negotiations and contribute to the development of privacy and AI governance training

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of applicable experience

Juris Doctorate (Required)

Proven experience in U.S. privacy laws and familiarity with key EU frameworks

Understanding of emerging U.S. and EU AI laws and their application to business operations

Experience in developing privacy governance structures and drafting privacy-related agreements
