Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file PERM applications under attorney supervision
Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation
Communicate directly with multiple attorneys regarding case progress and requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
5+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm
Knowledge of the PERM process
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask
