Westminster Oaks has an immediate opening Maintenance position.  The successful applicant will be able to :

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the direction of the Maintenance Engineer.
• Perform baisc functions that mechanical in nature with hand tools and power tools.
• Change light bulbs, A / C filters, filters and ceiling tiles.
• Take temperature readings and boiler room readings. Test generator and other equipment and pumps.
• Repair minor leaks.
• Assist Maintenance Mechanic / Engineer with major projects. Experience Required
• 1-3 years related experience and / or training. Education Required
