Patient Implant Care Coordinator

Hours : Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Location : Precision Oral Surgery | Thorton, Colorado

This position is open to U.S. citizens only. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be based within the U.S. during employment.

Position Highlights :

As a Patient Implant Care Coordinator for our network of oral surgery practices, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting implant treatment processes. This dynamic role involves scheduling appointments, managing communications, and providing concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members. You’ll also handle cost estimates, patient financial responsibilities, and coordinate treatment plans to ensure a seamless and positive journey for our patients.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the clinical team, patients, and referring offices.
  • Manage the doctor’s schedule to optimize efficiency and patient care.
  • Provide clear, professional communication regarding treatment plans and associated costs.
  • Update and maintain patient insurance information and financial records.
  • Collect payments effectively while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
  • Partner with the clinical team to provide a comprehensive and personalized patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and uphold patient confidentiality standards.
  • Address and resolve patient inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and team members.
  • Understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in oral surgery, dental, or medical practices.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and insurance processing.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and patient management systems.
  • Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
