Job description

Role Overview

This hands-on role leads programs that position PCC Fasteners as the employer of choiceattracting and retaining talent who are intelligent collaborative accountable committed to continuous improvement positive and action-oriented problem solvers. Youll partner with plant Human Resources to lead initiatives that strengthen engagement capability and culture across multiple sites ensuring we have the best people to make our company successful. This position is based in Santa Ana CA and reports to the PCC Fasteners VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed PCC Pillars : Implement and monitor adoption across sites to reinforce integrity teamwork and accountability.
  • Develop Talent Pipelines : Build partnerships with schools and community organizations; create internships and pre-apprenticeship programs.
  • Manage Training : Maximize ETP funding maintain training calendars and ensure timely delivery of programs.
  • Foster Engagement : Support leaders in creating a high-performance inclusive culture.
  • Ensure Compliance : Conduct EthicsPoint investigations and provide interim HR coverage when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).
  • 5 years in HR organizational development or talent management in manufacturing.
  • Experience with workforce development ETP funding and training design.
  • Exceptional communication skills including :
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems collaborate effectively and think strategically to drive business results.
  • Proven expertise in change management and coaching to support organizational transformation and employee growth.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Success Metrics

  • Effective PCC Pillars adoption at all locations.
  • Partnerships with 5 schools annually; 10% increase in pipeline hires.
  • 95% on-time training delivery; 80% ETP funding utilization.
  • EthicsPoint investigations completed within 30 days.
  • Maintain a Voluntary Turnover Rate of less than 10%
