Position Overview :

Anderson Community School Corp is seeking passionate and qualified Special Education Teachers to join our team for the remainder of the 20252026 school year. These roles are vital in supporting diverse learners and fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in a collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs

Provide direct instruction in small group and individual settings

Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet varied learning styles

Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families

Maintain detailed records and progress reports

Requirements :

Valid Indiana Special Education Teaching License

Experience with students with emotional disabilities, resource settings, or functional skills preferred (varies by role)

Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
