Key Responsibilities Analyze project performance data and prepare progress reports for stakeholders Establish and monitor risk management protocols and implement contingency plans Ensure compliance of project documentation with company policies and industry regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project Knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and regulations Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects is preferred Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes is desired
