Job descriptionProvide home care to clients living in their own homes Meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands Social interaction with the clients - puzzles, games, reading Medication administration, depending on assigned client needs Experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities CPR certified or able to obtain Good observational and writing skills Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must have a smart phone for clocking in and out and documentation Driver's license, car, and clean driving record required Pay starts at $21 an hour depending on experience, education, and assigned client ($1 differential for this client) PTO leave Medication and annual training $150 bonus at 90 days for CNA's If you are seeking an agency where you are interviewed one day and sent to a client's home the next day, then we are not that agency. We take our time with onboarding, following the Oregon Administrative Rules, with background checks, drug tests, and paid training, orientation and nurse evaluation BEFORE we send you out. We currently have the following IMMEDIATE need :
1 - Gentleman in SE Portland, is autistic, can be a challenging client. Hours are 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm; med pass 8 : 00pm-8 : 30pm every night. Male caregiver is required. No personal care needed. 3 years experience preferred.
