Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities :
- Outpatient primary care services, including office consultations, annual visits, follow-ups, and in-office procedures.
- Enjoy a work-life balance with flexible full or part-time shifts, including 4-day work week options.
- Treat a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics, performing general in-office procedures.
- Average patient load of 18 per day.
- Supported by a medical assistant for rooming patients, taking vitals, managing RX refills, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Access to Advanced Practice Support.
- Light, shared call responsibilities with Triage RN on call.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Utilize EPIC EMR.
- Leverage DAX, an AI-powered voice-enabled documentation solution.

Required Qualifications :
The salary range for this role is $266,000 to $366,000 per year for full-time employment. This range reflects total cash compensation, adjusted according to experience and performance metrics. Other factors like local labor market conditions, education, and certifications will also influence compensation. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable wage laws. Comprehensive benefits including a competitive package, incentive programs, stock options, and 401k contributions are offered, subject to eligibility requirements.
