Talon Metals is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Driller Helpers on the Tamarack Nickel Project , a critical initiative in developing high-grade nickel deposits to strengthen the U.S. domestic supply chain. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the mining industry — no prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. In this hands-on position, Driller Helpers work closely with experienced drilling crews to support core drilling operations in the field. Successful applicants will be safety-minded, reliable, and ready to work in an outdoor, team-oriented environment.

Talon Metals offers a competitive salary range of $66,000–$81,000 per year, along with an exceptional benefits package that includes family health insurance, an HSA, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and paid holidays.
