What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate, structure, negotiate, draft, and provide advice on strategic investments in private and public companies, including SAFEs, debt / equity securities, and registered investments in public companies
• Review and draft NDAs, deal structures, term sheets, LOIs, due diligence, and other legal documents
• Lead cross‑functional teams to complete transactions
• Assist in legal due diligence across corporate, commercial, IP, and other areas, bringing to bear internal legal specialists
• Negotiate and draft commercial and collaboration agreements related to strategic investments and partnerships
• Develop strategies to improve the deal process and execution

Compensation and Benefits

Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $224,000 USD – $356,500 USD for Level 5, and $280,000 USD – $442,750 USD for Level 6. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
