Upscale, high volume neighborhood restaurant is currently seeking a manager to lead our small team. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and ability to utilize their hospitality skills to market to our unique customer base and demographic.
Must have :
- Minimum of 2 years dining room management experience
- Full understanding of inventory management, cost control and analysis
- High volume restaurant experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to enforce and improve company policies and standards
- Labor control and budgeting
- Strong computer skills- Toast POS, Tock, Microsoft Excel
- Minimum Level I Sommelier Certification (preferred) or Strong Wine Knowledge / Experience
- Experience in all positions of a full service restaurant- bartending, serving, hosting, food running, expediting
- Weekend and evening availablity
Hospitality Degree a plus, but not required.
