Come work for an established, small, BCBA owned ABA clinic!
What sets us apart :
Providing high-quality ABA therapy is our number one priority.
We believe client outcomes are best supported by a dedicated team of RBTs. Our RBTs are trained extensively on their clients and dont work with clients outside of their caseload.
All RBTs (and BCBAs) receive a 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon break each day.
We implement a modified PFA / SBT model, focused on shaping functional communication and tolerance responses.
All clients have a dedicated RBT-level supervisor, and back-up supervisor, to provide support to BCBAs, RBTs, and clients. RBT-level supervisors are only scheduled direct for fill-ins. Their day is mostly unscheduled to provide maximum support to the clinic.
We schedule regular client team meetings to ensure the entire RBT team is trained on program updates.
