Business Process & Operational Excellence Manager
Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across E&IS Operations through team leadership, cross-functional initiatives, and resource optimization.
- Manage the development and improvement of business processes to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Align AI solutions with business and technical needs in collaboration with the Information Technology team
- Implement strategies and tools to increase productivity and optimize resource utilization across E&IS Operations
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate process performance and support continuous improvement
- Design and implement training programs that support the adoption of new tools, systems, and processes
- Create and maintain process documentation, including RACI charts and process maps, to ensure clarity and accountability
- Develop and manage intern and new engineer rotational programs to support organizational goals and employee development
- Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager
- Give manager best advice
- Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified
