Registered Nurse Job Details

Location : El Paso, TX 79902 – Southwest Texas healthcare jobs in a city known for scenic mountain views, rich history, and diverse cuisine.

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : November 3, 2025

End Date : February 2, 2026

Shift : Monday – Friday, 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1860 - $2000

On-Call : Optional on-call shifts; hours may vary based on patient census

Unit : 12 Operating Rooms, 1 Cysto Room; Main Building, 2nd Floor

Operating Room RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Texas or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience

Hands-on experience with DaVinci Robotics required

BLS certification (AHA)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical healthcare environment

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and comfort

Assist with surgical procedures including robotics, orthopedics, and vascular cases

Collaborate with surgeons, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols

Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
