Technical Director

A company is looking for a Technical Director to lead its technical vision and execution in a mobile game startup. Key Responsibilities Design and scale systems for the platform, refining existing infrastructure Hire, manage, and mentor senior engineering leaders to build a high-performing team Own the technical strategy and represent engineering in executive planning Required Qualifications Prior experience as a technical leader in a startup or small studio environment Hands-on expertise in modern mobile web game engines and / or full-stack architecture Strong systems thinking and experience with rapid prototyping and multiplayer experiences Experience with AI / ML integrations in gameplay or tooling Strong leadership skills with the ability to align and motivate teams
