AP Specialist (5-6 month TEMP)

Ledgent is partnering with a long standing client looking to add an additional headcount to the team for project based assignment. This assignment is estimated to start January 2026 and go for 5-6+ months based on the workload.

Ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of the AP-cycle (Vendor Management, 1099's, W9's, etc.).

North Minneapolis (own parking lot - paid), Hybrid schedule (3x / week on-site, 2x / week remote). Compensation will vary based on experience ($25-$35 / hour estimated).

Job Description : Invoice Processing :

• Receive, review, and enter approximately 20-30 invoices per week into the accounting system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure proper coding to general ledger accounts and cost centers.
