Key Responsibilities Help students navigate their college experience and early career exploration through reflection, self-assessment, goal setting, research, and the internship / job search process Motivate students to prioritize their pursuit of professional opportunities aligned with their values and goals Design and implement a variety of talent development workshops and programs Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant coaching experience Enthusiasm for designing and delivering career-centric workshops and programs Understanding of and ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
