Coffee Shop Barista

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Duties
• Supervise and train café staff to ensure high standards of service and food preparation.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Create staff schedules that optimize labor costs while meeting customer demand.
• Monitor café performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns or feedback.
• Experience
• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Experience with food preparation techniques and café operations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.

Pay : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
