1st Choice, LLC is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Program Support Specialist (General Clerk III) to support a family services and community engagement program on a federal installation. This program provides essential resources, education, and support to Service Members and their families.
The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and customer service skills, enjoys assisting individuals in accessing available services, and is comfortable working in a structured, mission-driven environment.
- Location : Fort Eisenhower, GA (Onsite)
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM
- Clearance : Ability to meet standard federal background screening (NACI-eligible)
- Key Responsibilities Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, answer phones, and conduct initial intake.
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendars, and client assistance.
- Update program databases, tracking systems, and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain ARIMS-compliant filing systems and support document management.
- Assist with preparing briefing materials, presentations, and program documentation.
- Support planning and coordination for classes, workshops, and community events.
- Prepare purchase requests and track materials to support program operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Background & Access Requirements
Because this role is located on a military installation, selected candidates must be able to complete standard federal background steps as part of onboarding.
