Job description

Join a family-owned automotive group where people come first. As a Service Biller, you'll ensure smooth service operations by accurately processing repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices - all while supporting an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation :

$18-$23 / hour depending on experience

What You'll Do

Review and process repair orders, warranty claims, and customer invoices

Verify technician documentation and compliance accuracy

Contact extended warranty companies for claim approvals

Process invoices through P2P (Open Invoice) system

Manage rental vehicles, including cleanliness and damage documentation

Coordinate internal vehicle deliveries and updates to Used Vehicle Team

What You'll Bring

2+ years of automotive dealership or billing experience

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership systems

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
