NetSuite Developer / Administrator

Overview

Velocity Staff, Inc. is working with a wonderful business in Kansas City, MO to find a talented NetSuite Developer / Administrator to fill a critical role in the business applications ecosystem and be a key collaborator across Finance, Operations, HR, and Business departments.

The NetSuite Developer / Administrator will collaborate with constituents to scope, configure and customize NetSuite instance and tangential integration and web technologies to deliver and improve solutions utilizing NetSuite admin tools, SuiteScript Scheduled Scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, and User- and Client-Event scripting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary technical resource to finalize business and technical requirements necessary to design, develop, test and implement solutions on the NetSuite platform
• Evaluate current state, improve performance and develop solutions that maximize efficiencies in the system
• Leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions and develop clean, efficient customizations as needed
• Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles / permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards
• Work with NetSuite to assist users; create comprehensive documentation and workflows and provide user training
• Help coordinate release preview and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
