Responsibilities

• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives
• Assist in communication with clients, suppliers, and internal team members via email and phone

• Support marketing efforts by creating content for social media and newsletters
• Manage customer inquiries and support to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Coordinate logistics for events, shipments, and other operational needs
