We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing to lead pricing strategy and execution for a global client in Dallas. This role is critical in driving profitability, competitiveness, and market share through data-driven pricing decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams , working cross-functionally, and navigating the complexities of B2B industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies across product lines to optimize revenue and margin.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to align pricing with business goals.
Lead pricing reviews and governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts or coordinators.
Utilize pricing software and ERP systems to maintain accurate and dynamic pricing models.
Support contract negotiations with pricing insights and recommendations.
Monitor pricing performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of pricing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of management or team leadership experience .
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, pricing tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with value-based pricing and cost-plus models.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and supply chain dynamics.
Knowledge of global pricing strategies and international markets.
Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
