Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials in-process components and finished products.
• Document and maintain accurate quality records including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and CMMs to verify product specifications.
• Identify isolate and report non-conforming materials or products assisting with root cause analysis.
• Ensure all quality control equipment is calibrated and maintained according to schedule.
• Support the implementation and adherence to quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and provide feedback to production.
