Hiring Full Time Staff Nurse / RN OR LPN-NO WEEKENDS

Weekly Schedule - every Weds, Thurs, Fri night shift - 7pm to 7 : 30am

Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Facility

Responsibility : Ensures that nursing care is provided according to established standards and policies. Renders nursing care to geriatric and rehab patients as coordinated by a physician. Helps train nursing staff at aide level.

Job Description and Duties :

Quality of Care

• Responsible for the administration of medications and treatments.
• Maintenance of patient records
• Completes accurate and timely documentation
• Pronouncement and documentation of expired residents
• Reports and investigates incidents thoroughly and timely
• Helps maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient.
• Assists physicians during rounds.

Leadership

Other

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Must have Long Term care experience.

Physical Requirements :

Good physical and mental health.
