Administrative Assistant Work Study

Agency Purpose : Wings of Hope is a safe shelter for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. The agency also has a 24-hour crisis line and outpatient counseling.

Position Description : Directly assist the Executive Director and complete special office tasks and projects as requested. Additional tasks : answer phones, copying, filing, data entry. Assist when needed at resale store

Qualifications :

• Have a Federal Work-Study award from Oklahoma State University (check at my.okstate.edu).
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, professional and project a professional image. Must have exceptional work ethic and be able to get things done.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Hours :

Mon-Fri : Flexible hours between 9 am and 5 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends for special events.
