Field Sales Consultant (Remote – Commission Only)

LifePro Recruitment is seeking a driven and personable Field Sales Consultant to join our remote team. This is a 1099 commission-only position with unlimited income potential, flexible hours, and a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.

As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with clients who have requested information, deliver personalized insurance solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process.

What You’ll Do :

Speak with warm leads (no cold calling) and assess client needs

Recommend suitable life insurance solutions from our portfolio

Assist clients through the application and underwriting process

Build trust and long-term client relationships

Track activity and follow-ups in our CRM system

Qualifications :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Typical earnings range from $5,000–$10,000 / month for full-time consultants, with top performers earning significantly more.
