Join a Collaborative, High-Acuity Team Servicing Four NICUs Across Las Vegas!

Responsibilities

Exciting opportunity for a BC / BE Neonatologist to join our team in the suburbs of Las Vegas! Our practice, consisting of 16 neonatologists and 8 NNPs, provides services at four area hospitals with approximately 1,700 combined annual admissions and more than 10,000 births per year.

Where You'll Practice

Summerlin Hospital has a 52-bed, Level III NICU with an ADC of 30.

Spring Valley Hospital has a 28-bed, Level III NICU with an ADC of 15.

Centennial Hills Hospital has a 28-bed, Level III NICU with an ADC of 13.

Henderson Hospital has a 32-bed, Level III NICU with an ADC of 17.

What You Can Expect

Flexible schedule working 7.5, 24-hour shifts per month

Services include inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators) and total body cooling

Active transport program in place for transfers to our neighboring Pediatrix NICUs

Full perinatal and pediatric subspecialty and surgical support (with the exception of open heart surgery)

Robust CQI and clinical research programs, which improve patient outcomes and provide professional development opportunities
