Job Overview :
We are actively seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned portfolio of clients, proactively managing relationships and anticipating client needs.Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements, utilizing data-driven insights and AI-assisted analytics to deliver tailored solutions.Account Growth and Opportunity Development :
Identify, cultivate, and pursue growth opportunities within your accounts, using CRM data, market intelligence, and predictive analytics to proactively uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, project management) to develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Exceptional Service Delivery and Client Satisfaction :
Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing management of Grid4 solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Regularly evaluate solution effectiveness using advanced analytics platforms, making data-informed recommendations to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction.Proactive Communication and Collaboration :
Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns effectively and promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing account updates, troubleshooting challenges collaboratively, and contributing strategic insights to drive team success.Data-Driven Decision Making and AI Integration :
Leverage modern sales enablement tools, AI-powered communication assistants, and sophisticated data analytics dashboards to track performance, anticipate client needs, and enhance decision-making processes.Utilize analytical insights to develop strategic account recommendations, effectively communicate value propositions, and demonstrate measurable client ROI.Market Engagement and Industry Awareness :
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, particularly those involving AI and data analytics, to effectively position Grid4s solutions within the marketplace.Travel as needed within the Metro-Detroit area to meet clients face-to-face, conduct business reviews, and strengthen relationships.Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge :
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Prior experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role; telecommunications industry experience preferred but not required.Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships, driving growth, and achieving sales targets.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office 365, and modern data analytics tools.Comfortable with and enthusiastic about adopting modern AI tools, predictive analytics, and data-driven sales strategies.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.Why Join Grid4 Communications?
