Salary Range : $20.00 - $29.50

Pay Info : $5000 Sign on Bonus

Job Summary

The Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an essential caregiver focused on providing exemplary resident care in a long-term care environment. Utilizing your extensive CNA experience, you will lead by example, assisting other staff while ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.

In this role, you will :

• Deliver personalized nursing care and support for daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs and collect non-invasive body fluid specimens.
• Assist with resident transfers, providing physical support while observing best practices.
• Prepare meals and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Document resident care interactions and report changes in condition to the registered nurse (RN).
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping tasks.
• Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.
• Participate in department committees and ongoing training as needed.

You may also be responsible for leading restorative nursing programs and maintaining required documentation.
