TG Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in Downtown Oahu. All applicants must successfully pass a background check essential to possess a valid drivers license along with a reliable vehicle previous hands-on maintenance experience light plumbing electricalHVAC carpentry and painting drywall and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting plumbing electrical mechanical and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) painting drywall and grounds maintenance
• Able to access a small space of 18-inch x 18-inch
• Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed asnecessary.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers vendors customers etc.
• Involves constant movement standing walking bending able to stretch during shifts
• Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.
• Able to lift push pull a minimum of 50lbs up to 75lbs.
• Walk stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift.
• Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary
• Create and maintain work orders
• Create and maintain purchase orders
• Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required byHBM supervisor / property management

Skills / Qualifications :

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours a week)

Compensation : $20.00 / per hour
