Associate Attorney

• Handle a diverse caseload involving and cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research using resources.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in and other relevant legal areas.
• Assist with client consultations and provide legal advice as needed.
• Draft wills, trusts, power of attorneys and other documents required for VA and Medicaid planning
• Requirements : \
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing Missouri and Illinois
• Knowledge of estate planning, elder law, real estate and business law is a plus.
