Sales Leader

As the Sales Leader youll drive growth manage performance and personally close key accounts. Youll set ambitious goals coach your team to success and lead by examplebuilding strong relationships with mid-market clients and C-level decision-makers. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on selling ideal for someone whos confident analytical and passionate about results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain full ownership of personal and team sales pipelines.
• Sell B2B service solutions to mid-market organizations and executive leaders.
• Participate in key deals to help move and close opportunities.
• Oversee CRM management forecasting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Support Marketing and Implementation to ensure client success.
• Recruit train and onboard new sales representatives as the team expands.
• Drive accountability and foster a culture of motivation growth and excellence.

Salary : $100000 base commissions (OTE $190K$220K)
