Unit Manager Registered Nurse RN

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager Registered Nurse RN to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.

Each Unit Manager Registered Nurse RN team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The Unit Manager Registered Nurse RN will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit.

Some responsibilities that come with working as the Unit Manager Registered Nurse RN...

• Complete RN / LPN assessments and documentation.
• Investigate resident accidents / incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
• Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.

Salary

RN : $95,500 - $100,000 per year (DOE)
