As a Hematology / Oncology Physician, you will join a physician-led multispecialty group dedicated to providing comprehensive cancer care through innovative treatments and a multi-disciplinary team approach. The role involves a combination of clinical responsibilities, patient collaboration, and participation in advanced clinical trials, primarily located in Ontario, with some outreach work in Baker City. Join our full-service cancer center with medical oncology supported by a large group of community primary care physicians and surgeons. Our center offers Medical, Radiation and Surgical Oncology with an integrative team approach including nurse navigation, social work support, genetic counseling, clinical trials and nutrition services. Weekly regional tumor boards provide opportunity to collaborate with our fellowship trained surgeons in breast, plastic / reconstruction, GYN oncology, surgical oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic and esophageal. Innovative programs include lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, and robust clinical trials. Our team also includes the state s only fellowship-trained surgical oncologist.

At Saint Alphonsus Cancer Institute in Ontario you ll have the opportunity to provide oncology services to a rural community while being part of a large group practice with six other hematology / oncologists in bringing cutting edge treatments to the Treasure Valley through our advanced clinical trials program and robust surgical oncology team. This position will primarily be located on the Ontario campus plus one day of outreach to Baker City (one hour away from Ontario).

Compensation & Benefits
