Job descriptionUphold the Honda image, by presenting oneself in accordance with the Company and Honda brand Realize that business is built on Honda customer satisfaction and devote oneself to guaranteeing satisfaction to Honda customers Be able to determine each Honda customer's vehicle needs by asking questions, listening and the ability to select the vehicle that best fits the Honda customer's needs Maintain a relationship with Honda customers Maintain a high level of knowledge of competitive models and their features, and how they compare to any new or used Leo Payne Honda vehicles in inventory Sell new and used vehicles by using Negotiation-Free method, taught by Leo Payne Honda's training and development team Earn $60,000.00 to $100,000.00, annually Salary based pay structure, even during training!
